SOLMAN ALM Integration

We have integrated SOLMAN and HP ALM. All all certificates are in place and SSL is active. Despite this the encrypted transmission from Solution Manager to HP ALM is not working. Request advice on what can ensure encrypted data transfer between SOLMAN and HP ALM
