How to find availability of a person in MRS (table/function module/API FM).

Checked tables /MRSS/D_CAG_CG_H, /MRSS/D_RES_TA, /MRSS/D_WORKTIME, /MRSS/D_BAS_ASG. but we have a fleet team and grey patch appearing against some employees in MRS which does not allow to assign that person on that particular day to some work order operation.

Want to know what is the configuration done in HR/MRS so that the employee appears to be in fleet team or soft lock (grey patch). Want to know if there is any table/function module/API FM to know availability of a person in MRS on a particular date/timestamp

The availability of an employee is dependent on HR IT007 in MRS and is transferred to MRS using the migration report.
