Service entry sheet posting error while updating it via standard inbound proxy

Hello Experts,

I need your help in Creating service entry sheet using Web service ServiceAcknowledgementERPCreateRequestConfirmation_In in SAP ECC system.

Issue description: When web service ServiceAcknowledgementERPCreateRequestConfirmation_In is created using sproxy tcode by providing attached payload, it ends up with an error “Error during update”. This web service calls BAPI : BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE to create a Service entry sheet in ECC system.

I can see in the BAPI service values and service text is not getting updated for which is causing the issue

But we are not getting the exact field name were we have to input that service value,

Can anyone share the payload if available wrt to the above proxy,
