Hi All,
we are using three to five infoproviders (i.e, cubes) in some of the infosets using the join in BI7.0.
As per the SAP recommendation not to use more than two infoproviders in the infoset.while during activating the infosets using more than 2 infoprovidrs also gets the similar kind of warning message.
is that using too may (> 2) infoproviders in infosets creates a performance problem in the production ?
Thanks in advance.

Yes it will be a performance issue. Infoset creates a join on tables. Since, infocube is not a flat structure (like a table), it is more performance intensive to create joins on infocubes.
