It seems to be , your have started to learn to SAP. I would suggest you to start with SAP helps files, it is the best one for beginner.

Please donot ask so many questions in single thread. First read the help files then post your doubts in Forum and Donot expect all basic things from Forum Members.

Create a reqmt in MD61.
Run MRP in MD02
System will create planned order
Convert PLO into Prod order through CO40
Do the GI against the order thr MB1A
Confirm activities thr CO11n
Do GR thr MB31. U can see the stock in MMBe and MB52
