Internal product repair

Dear Expert,


We have a case as follows, our client say Company X sells products and few of them are returned by its customer. Company X sends replacement of the return and want to repair the rejected products.

is it possible to this scenario (internal product repair) in SAP ByDesign? Please kindly advise.

Thank you for your response

It's not exactly what I expect it. What I mean is Repair Owned Product. In my previous question, Rejected Product (by Customer) is not returned to customers as they get replacement (new).

In standard service request in ByD, it's required Customers and there is invoicing. What I expect is just repairing our own product that identified as rejected/broken/fail/defect etc, so we can sell them again.

Hello Tandy,

The inhouse repair process seems the most fit solution right now. You can release the return without credit memo, so that customer is not involved.
