Travel attachments - rename to "Travel receipt"

Hello All,

We have a weird issue. We are using Fiori to submit travel expenses. We are using SAP content server with OACO settings store the attachments. All of those are working fine, but when I upload any documents all the documents files are getting renamed to "Travel Receipt" instead of keeping the original document name. Any idea where I can change these settings where it keeps the original file name?

I was able to resolve my own question. Answer on this Wiki

"Save File Attributes" (Reserve1) has to be enabled in the OAG1 transaction
