Escalation mails are not coming into outlook

Hi,

Scenario: Standalone

I have created the SC for more than 500$. Escalation mail for approving was not sending to the approver"s outlook box.

We have threshold values for approving the SC. Those are if SC value is below 500$ SC approve automatically and if it is more than 500$ then SC will go to the approvers mail box.

Hi,

which step approval for SC activated ?

check conditions you have written for that particular step approval.

if req.request <= 500$ there is no approval i.e without approval workflow.

else

if req.request > 500$ workflow shuld trigger out i.e one step approval.

check these under the following customizing.

Define Conditions for Starting Workflows --> In this step, you define which workflow is started under which conditions.
