CM07 overload for 2 month for one workcenter.

Hi All,

for one workcenter there seems overload in cm07 when checking with planning scenario while wihout planning scenario load looks normal.Also in cm01 load looks normal.we are having standard SOP ,but looks like from sales data file that much demand not uploaded...what may be the reason

There are only few who got so high demand other simulative are ok....workcenter also looks ok...

You need to check why these planned orders were created. Possibly, you have a huge demand for those materials.

Hello

When you are not using the planning scenario, system only reads real planned and production orders. When the scenario is used, system reads only LTP simulative planned orders and this is where you have an overload. So you must check the planned orders under your scenario and ensure that there is no overload.

Hi Caetano... There are few simulation planned orders created with very high demand ....how can I reduce the load in CM07....and why this anomaly has happened...
