My Inbox - Approve Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order

Hi,

I have activated all the UI component & oData service of My Inbox - Approve Purchase Requistion (App ID-F0401A)& My Inbox - Approve Purchase order (App Id-F0402A).

But still I'm not getting any workitem in My Inbox app but I have workitem in SBWP.

My system is SAP S/4Hana 1709 & Fiori 2.0.

In case you are using a central hub setup, please ensure that the workflow task filter is disabled on the backend system and enabled on the frontend system.

Are you seeing a 0 count on the My Inbox tile on the launchpad or seeing the text Error on the tile? Also what are the console error messages you are getting on the launchpad?

Hi Saurabh,

workflow task filter is disabled on the backend system and enabled on the frontend system.

I m seeing 0 count on my inbox. No text error is coming on the tile.

I m not getting any console error.

Do you see any work items inside the app if you open the My Inbox tile?

Verify that the work item Task ID that you have configured within the Defining the Workflow Scenario step given here (App Implementation: My Inbox) and the workflow task ID of the work items within the SAP Inbox (you can see this by selecting the work item in the SAP Inbox and click the Details button) are matching.

Also verify that the system alias assigned to the TASKPROCESSING OData service has the Software Version /IWPGW/BWF and the For Local App flag is checked.
