Hi friends

Am working in travel management. In the trip the T-code(TRIP) there is a overview button which display the form of the trip. I Want to know is this a SAP SCRIPT or SMARTFORM or triggering from some where else.

My Actual Requirement is to Find out from where actually the Telephone Number of the personnel number is been picking up in Tcode: TRIP, which we can see when we go from Overview screen to see List of All Trips and then selecting the travel Request and clicking on display button. We will see the Details of the Trip cost center/company code, Personnel Area/Subarea , Telephone Number . In that screen I need to avoid the Display of Telephone Number

Please Help me out In this Friends.

With Advance Thanks & Regards,

Shahrukh.

Hi,

Ask your functional consultant, in which T.code it is configured.

Then you can get the Script or Smart forms name.

I won't think this is a script or smartform, my actual requirement is to avoiding the display for Telephone Number.

Hi Friends,

I got the point from where the data of Telephone number is been picked in TRIP Transaction. It is getting the Telephone number from Function Pool: SAPLFITP_REQUEST from the Include: LFITP_REQUESTF02, from Line number: 673, where it is calling the FM: CALL FUNCTION 'HR_READ_INFOTYPE' by exporting parameter INFTY(Infotype): 0006(Which is for Address).

If we need to avoid the Display we need to make changes to the Standard FM: FITP_BUILD_HTML_ITIN_HEAD. where it is getting prepared with all the data of Display.

Can one Help me is there any BADI or USEREXIT that can be used to implement the Changes to effect the standrad Tcode: TRIP or i need to go with the changes to standrad FM: FITP_BUILD_HTML_ITIN_HEAD.

With Regards,

Shahrukh.
