Go to Material Master Accounting View 1 and Check whether any Future Price is Maintained in Future Price Field.

    Dear,

Same problem face me at the time of price change.

main reason is costing is already run for this material.

Due to costing material price is already maintain for this material.

So if you want to change price of this material contact your costing person and reverse costing for material. Then try to change material price.

You can check it with MM03 - enter your material code, select accounting 1 view, Here you can see Std Cost Estimate button.

Click on it, You can see three button,

    Future,

    Current,

    Previous.

Click on Current and future and see costing for material.

If costing is run for material in current period then try for future date.

Best way is reverse costing and then try to change price.

    Regards,
