Application sap/alertpersonalize_rules cannot be started

Hi,

I want to configure to send alerts to external mail by using RWB>ALERT INBOX> PERSONALIZATION

but its throwing following error

The following error text was processed in the system:

BSP exception: Application sap/alertpersonalize_rules cannot be started. Create an application node using Transaction SICF.

Hi,

Run the report BSP_UNLOCK_LONG_APP using SE38 and

mentioned ALERTPERSONALIZE_RULES annd execute .

Run the Report RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES in transaction SE38.

from se38 run the report BSP_UNLOCK_LONG_APP,and give the BSP application that needs to be unlocked
