Hi

System user have lecence key to login into the sap server. He is the person to give permissions to the dialogue user to login into the sap server. Creation of Dailogue user also created by the System user.

System user will perform jobs like 1)monitering the sap servers, 2)Creation of users 3)instalation check 4)client overview like this so many jobs are performed by the system user. More over he is the perfect user for the sap server who has licence key which was given by the SAPAG. The cost of one system user licence is nearly 5lacks.

system user is used for communication purpose for RFC

or backgroung processing within one system. system uses this user for communication. this user will not show any screens. so even if you enter the name and password in the login box you cannot enter.

we can just create this user cannot use this .. system use it.

hope this is helpful
