Automatic 341 movement in 9999

Hi to all...

I have an issue and hope to find an answer in here.

When a material is confirmed by operator, system automatically transfers the batch to 9999 storage location and then consume it.

In my case, I have a batch which seems totally consumed in August and transferred to 9999 and order is closed.

But after about 5 months, we come up with this material in 9999 with 341 movement with reason code 1. It seems that system automatically change the batch available to unavailable.

Can somebody explain how can system change the status of batch after it is completely consumed 5 months ago?
