Hi,

I am getting this error "balancing field "profit center" in line item 001 not filled" when i save an entry for main bank account or clearing account in T.code FEBA.

We are using document spiltting. In Document splitting i need to click activate document spiltting and click Inhertence check box. This is how my issue is resolved.

Hi

Check the Field Status Group for the GL Account you used at TCode FS00 and goto TCode OBC4 and change the field from required to optional or suppresed for the FSG of above GL Account.

And also check the field status group of GL Master Data as well as the other offsetting entries affected. if profit center is mandatory then you will have to fill it otherwise make it suppressed or optional
