Error when opening Fiori app import data

Hi Guys

In Hybris On Premise 1702 version, I am not able to open "import data" from Import Data group. Other apps in there like audience, competitors and Import data for Analytics can be opened. But when opening Import Data fiori app, below error is shown:

error while displaying (sub)workset; contact your system administrator sap hybris.

Any help in how the error can be analysed ?

Hi,

Can you check in transaction SICF if services related to Import are active?

Like these ones:

Please see if attached screenshot is helpful.

On a side note, there is no IMPORT data in Fiori app library as well. I can see audience, competitor and Import Data for Analytics though.

Hello Sahil,

Could you please us with the screenshot for the content in console tab in F12 tool?

Before that, I suppose you can try to clear your browser cache and re-test this issue.

Tried Clearing browser cache but getting the same error.
