Add multi approver automatically in opportunity SAP C4C

Dear Expert, i want to add some approvers automatically when creating an opportunity based on some conditions. Actually, I just add approvers in the opportunity role definition under administrator --> sales and campaign tab, in which there are 2 people that met the condition. When a condition meets the approver that is coming to sales data tab is just one person, not two, Why does it happen ?? for custom approver party people that will come are 2, why does when using standard approver party (not a custom), the people just one?
