Print cheques after off-cycle payroll

Hi,

I need to print some cheques since the cheque format has changed. I have been told to do an off-cycle payroll for a test employee and then generate the cheque and print it to see if new format is OK.

For off-cycle payroll i went to PUOC_10, clicked on payroll tab and for Reason selected advance and entered some numbers and some pmt date. it says it generated payroll after that. How do I go about printing the cheques now. I need help. Thanks!

Hi,

I ran PC00_M10_CDTC and got the Identification feature and program run date. But when I run PC00_M10_FFOC and enter this info i get an error - "Program RFFOUS_C: No records selected". Any idea what it could be? Do i also have to run Check register (S_P99_41000101) somewhere? This is urgent and I will appreciate your help.

Hi,

what i understand that you are trying to do offcycle payroll run for which Which you already executed and exited Regular payroll period.

1) To execute off cycle payroll your pay roll area should be exit mode.

2) For EX, if your payroll are X1 is exit for 08/2008, you should do the off cycle for Sep 2008 not for Aug 08 so please check the dates

its a masterdata error only.

Hi Srinivas, The last payroll period run was from 8/18 to 8/31. The off-cycle that I ran is for 9/13, so it is for later period.

Can you please check your config

1) SPRO>Payroll>International( Select your country payroll) > Off Cycle Activities >Specify Default Values for Payment Method

Please make sure that you unchecked the test button when you created the PRE DME.

Hi,

1. Run Pre-Program DME PC00_M10_CDTC - Pre-program DME with the Identification ID and Run date of your run Off cycle.

2. Run PC00_M10_FFOC - Print check program to print the check.
