if SC is deleted, approvers receive email: SC released.

Dear Experts,

We are on an SRM 5.0 classic scenario implementation.

If we want to delete a shopping cart, an email is automatically sent to all previous approvers. We are using the n-step approval workflow (WS14500015). But when deleting a SC the content of the email seems to be wrong. The message keeps saying 'SC released' instead of 'SC deleted.

Any idea what could cause this problem?

We had a similar issue for n level approval workflow (Approval Shopping Cart n-Level (BADI) WS14000133).We have found a SAP note which addresses this issue. Please go through the Note 1082045- TaskNotifications Wrong Text after deleting a Shopping.
