Solman 7.1 unable to close calls

Good day Experts,

I am getting the below error when trying to confirm/close tickets

Business Server Page (BSP) error

What happened?

Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error. SAP Note

• The following error text was processed in the system:Could not find the referenced object with the OID "005056A67D271ED88DF903E49B7F1A04" (instance GUID) and "37AF698827994D45E10000009B38F9B7" (class GUID)

if you have done some coding or enhancement there is an easier way of figuring out

use WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMT = A parameter in your ID and then try this will switch the mode to standard, suppressing all custom code.

Hello Sipho,

Ask your developer to debug while you perform the steps.

Action which was supposed to be called while confirming/closing the ticket isn't working, as a result causing BSP error.
