how to relase the purchase order

Hi sap all,

i configur the purchase req point of *approval limit* changed(means increased) that amount reflect or not how i can i check.i m sd consultant i dont no process in mm so that i want detaieled explenation,that amount reflect or not

how to release the PR & PO.

Hi,

ME54N - Release PR individually

ME55 - Release PR collectively

ME29N - Release PO individually

ME28 - Release PO collectively

HI,

First check the indicators in SPRO under release stratergy. check if there is a change in value is the system triggering a new release stratergy or not.

Path - SPRO - MM - Purchaing - PO - release for PO - release stratergy

Then in case if it is triggering go to ME53N and check the release code to release in PR's in PO's go to ME23N.

PR - use ME55 / ME54N - Collective release / individual release.

PO - Use ME28 / ME29N - Collective release / individual release.

If you have Changed / Increased the Charecteristitc Values then go to ME53N Purchase Order Header and Check Release Strategy Tab whether all Release Codes are yet to Release.

Follow the Same for Po go to ME23N and Check in Header Details.

Please note the Purchase Order / Purchase Requisition is Subject to Release if the Charectersitc Fields Meets the New Value only.

For Releasing Purchase Requisition go to ME54N (Individual release ) or ME55 Collective Release.

For Releasing Purchase Order go to ME29N (Individual release ) or ME28 Collective Release.

Dear,

You can release PR with ME54N and ME55.

And You can release PO with ME29N and ME28.

For PO: - Go in header level of purchase order and select on release strategy tab and click on release indicator

For PR:- Go in item detail level of purchase requisition, click on release strategy tab and click on release indicator
