Goods receipt

Hi,

I got en error while posting goods receipt saying "(for reservations only) movements are not yet allowed for the reservation items". Could someone explain me what are reservation items ans how i can solve the issue.

Dear,

As per my view to solve this issue check material stock for which you have to create Good receipt.

Check with MB52 or MMBE and check material stock is reserved for reservation.

You can see reservation with MB23

A reservation allows you to plan Goods movements in advance in MM, so when you plan it in advance, teh stock becomes reserved stock and thus cannot be released like unrestricted, since its is planned/ reserved. A reservation is created through MB21 and displayed thro MB23. So if you coul trace your reservation based on your material.. You'd be able to see the dates and teh associated movement
