How can I propose an output at Shipment create?

Hello all,

When I create a shipment in SAP, i want to propose an output for packing list immediately and upon saving the shipment I want to print the packing list. From what I know, most everyone prints the packing list at load-end.

I also want to mention that when I create a shipment, check-in is not executed automatically. Here is a list of tasks I want to perform in order, please let me know how can i achieve this

1. Create a shipment in VT01N

2. I want the system to propose my packing list output immediately upon shipment creation.

3. Save shipment -> this should print the packing list.

4. Go back in the shipment, click check-in and save the shipment.

Basically, my question is if there is a way to propose and print an output on shipment creation without having the check-in executed? Please let me know, thank you.

Hello,

You should be able to do so with standard output settings, are you currently facing any error? Do you have a valid output condition record?

What is the output determination analysis showing in your shipment?
