BI4.1 IDT 00110 error when retrieving universe

I'm trying to retrieve a universe in IDT (X system), it is opening a session to the other system (Y), after changing the system address manually to X system, I'm getting following error.

"Connection failed.

The system you are trying to access is different from the original cluster. (IDT 00110)"

Could anyone please let me know what's wrong here.

What do you mean by "after changing the system address manually to X system" ?

When I try to Retrieve a Published Universe from a Repository, Retrieve Universe window pops up with sessions and credentials (X System). After selecting universe and click Finish, another window pops up "Open Session" with Y system default (this window shouldn't pop up) . When I change the system to X and login, I'm getting the above mentioned error.

Have you tried searching SAP knowledge base - that error is fairly unique.
