Promotions In C4C

Hello Experts,

The Promotions Functionality under Marketing Work center in C4C seems to be very limited.

Can anyone explain,
1. Where all data from C4C promotions flow to an Integrated system like CRM?

2. What are all the data that HAS to COMPULSORILY flow from an integrated system? In other words, cannot be used on a Standalone C4C?

3. Apart from the functionalities available in C4C for Promotions, what all are the other functions or tasks related to Promotions?

It would be a great help, if someone could provide any list or tabular view that classifies promotions functionalities that is

i). Available in C4C,

ii). Available when C4C integrated with another system and

iii). Not available /possible with C4C,
