SAP PO Implementation Project Plan

Dear All

I need to install PO and build a couple of interfaces around PO.

Keeping above in mind, I need to create a PO project plan having the below details -

1.Installation of PO

2. Base Configuration on PO server

3. Building interfaces around PO

Can someone please share the project plan which should consist of above activities.

Hi Lalit,

I don't think there will be a project plan for your requirement on SCN.

Before PO installation, you have to start with hardware requirement and Sizing. A project plan normally includes this as well.

For PO installation, you can go through the installation guide and recommended parameters to start with. These may change based on your requirement.

You will also be considering deploying the SLD (on the same application server or different), connecting PO to SLD as an end point and then to the SAP R3 system assuming SAP is one of the systems to integrate.

Subsequently, you will have include high level estimates for the interfaces to be implemented (Design, Development, testing and deployment)

These are separate major building blocks to the project plan.
