Consume data from Ariba catalog API using SAP PO

Hello,

I have a new requirement where we need to consume data from Ariba Catalog API using SAP PO . we are on PO 7.4 version, and would require REST adapter to consume data from the API and email the csv file as an attachment to user. Any documentation to configure REST adapter to consume API will be of great Help.
