Hi all,
Pardon me if my concepts are not clear, but i just started on XI would like some help.
My scenario:-
Multi-mapping configured, from Single XML file -> 2 IDOC types PORDCR102, PORDCH02, using enhanced interface determination.
Works beautifully, I'm able to split the single file into the 2 IDOC types.
However, I need the output XML IDOCs PORDCR102, to be written in Folder A, and PORDCH02, to be written in Folder B of the same business system.
Can this be done? What area should I be looking into?
Regards.
create two receiver channel with different folder path and receiver agreement. and use the same in receiver determination.

hi,
yes you can split the file in enhanced interface determination and dirtect them into 2 defferent folder of same business system but you cant direct the 2 idoc into into different business systen individually.
this is because the inside the IE the file still works as one and split happen only at the adapter level.

Hi,
when ever you use multi mapping in Enhanced interface determination, It will ask for two separate receiver agreements in Receiver Determination.
So you can achieve this by taking two communication channels and by giving two different folder names.

Hi,
It is possible, take two IDOC XML structures for receiver and import through External Definitation. Define Message Interface for two xml formats. Define Message Mapping & Interface mapping accordingly.
SOURCE XML.................................IDOC1XML
.................................IDOC2XML
In ID configuration take two communication channels and configure according to your requirement. With this scenario we can generate two files in different directories.
I hope now clear
