Regarding knowing the pc number

Hi gurus

I want to know one information

In my company one user is created one invocie ( who is created , I am not aware)

I came to know which user is created at what time

but from which PC it is created, I wanted to know

Can anybody guide me

Hi Surya,

You can find through like below way..

Goto SE16N transaction enter table field - VBRK (Billing Header)

Here select fields like -

1. VBELN (Billing Document number) - if you know enter.

2. ERNAM (Created By)

3. ERZET (Time)

4. ERDAT (Date)

After the selection the fields and Execute(F8). You can get the

who is Created , Date & Time.

OR

Transaction Code : VF03 enter the Billing Document Number and click on Go To in menu bar- *Header * --> Header

here you can find fields like Created By , Created on , Time.

Hi there,

You can know who has created a invoice in VBRK table.

Go to SU01 & give the user id. It will give teh persons name.

But you will not be able to know from which PC he has created. Every PC has an IP address in real time. SAP cant capture the IP address.

I think we can find the IP address of the PC

Some tcode is there in basis sideBut I know what you said

Tracking is there , I am searching for the same, if I will get that means ,I will reply
