ERP 6.0 Installation problem

Hi All

I have client 000 and 100 on ERP 6.0, MSSQL 2005, Windows Server 2003. Logged on to client 100 with SAP* user id and transaction sccl. Ran a client copy with SAP_ALL profile and immediately. After a while an error "cancelled. see log" came out:

RFC error with destination FINBTR@CFTCLNT000 -> see long text

ERROR text: Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)

I have try to use the wizard to create the new RFC connection, but it still not work. The password of sap* in client 000 and client 100 is different, the 000 is a passowrd with 8 characters and the 100 is the default password pass. Does anyonr have idea, please help!

Hi Dick Fung,

Perform TMS configuration before client copy.

You have to configure your TMS configuration first.

Run STMS tcode.
