approvel for reservation

Dear PM experts

Can we set the approvel process for reservation.

My reqirement is wheneever i create a reservation for any material (what ever the cost of material) it shoud go for approvel to manger). we can create a reservation through order or direct.

How i map this process.

Hi

I think you should first configure that the material reservation be generated after release the maintenance order.

then define user status to do appaoval for the material reservation, you can define that the maintenance order cann't be released before approval the reservation.

after approval the reservation, release the maintenance oder. then the reservation generated.

But what in case of direct reservation not through order??
