Dep to the day - number of days calculatoin

Hi all,

For depreciation key within AFAMA - dep to day is selected, if the asset acquisition date is 10th december, how many days should the system calculate for December till 31st December?

the system seems to calculate 21 days for December, not taking into account the asset acquisition date = depreciation starting date itself.

Is there any way to include asset acquisition date = depreciation starting day?

In Multilevel method, the Validity Start should be updated as "From ordinary depreciation start date"

Also, the period control method should have Acquisition as 01 ( Pro rata at period start date)

Please check and provide us a screen shots of both AFAMA, AFAMP, AFAMS and AW01N

Even if I changed to from Capitalization date within multilevel method, is the system supposed to count that day as part of depreciation calculation?

Hi Taro,

In multilevel method, please change to " From Capitalization date" and try.
