Rounding the Invoice Value

Dear Friends,

In the pricing procedure , my requiremet is to round of the final value which includes basic price ,fright and tax.

say basic pricie at item 1 : 100.11

basic price at item2 : 101.12

fright at group level : 2.34

tax at group level: 1.22

final amount : 203.57

but it should round at 204 Rs

how to achevie this. if i want use the DIFF, where i am to palce the condition type in pricing procedure.plz expalin in detail.

HI,

If you want to use DIFF, you can place this condition type in the pricing procedure immediately before the calculation of the net price.

If you want to round off each condition type separately (say, round off the price and round of the discount separately, then you may give the rounding off rule while defining each condition type separately.

Hi,

You can give the condition type DIFF after final amount step and mention the Final Price step no in From column. Give Reqt=13, Calty=16, BasTy=4, AccK=RDP. Then add the final price and Rounding step as Total price.

As the condition type and other keys are standard so you do not need to do any further changes.

Keep the DIFF condition type before Total of the Price i.e before the final amount.
