Hi,
I am printing a classical report. The total number of pages when printed by running report in fore ground is different from the total number of pages when printed by running in back ground (same input data).
Why do you think is the reason?
Thanks for your input.

For foreground and background printing r u using the same printer ?

No. I am just checking the list. The foreground output list shows 48 pages for example. The background output list (in the spool) shows 40 pages. Thanks.

As u r not using the same printer thats why I think u r getting diff. results. May be these 2 printers are using diff. diff. page format. U can check it from SPAD.

Thanks Joyjit. But actually we are not using any printer here. I am just looking on the output list. Yes, if I try printing them, they both are printed from the same printer. So, I am confused.

When displaying the background spool list, press the "Settings" button and increase the "To page" to a larger value.
