Hello! We are testing the APO Demand Planning Add-In for Excel. We have already installed and configured the application and we could load data. Now we are facing com difficult to make available the description of characteristics displaying on the data. We flag the ID and description to be displayed on the report, but the description is displayed as ID not a description. We have a lof of characteristics and only few of then are displaying the description itself and most of the others only ID. On Demand Planing in APO, all the characteristics have description displaying on the planning books. I couldn't find any documentation or note for this issue. Is it a bug? Another strange thing is that not all selection profiles are available for use in ADD-IN as they are in planning book on APO-DP.
