Material Ledger - Manual Adjustment in Activity Cost Components

Dear all experts,

We have an issue during closing and for 1 of the SFG, it is not able to perform "Actual Cost Splitting" and hence "Actual Price Calculation" and "Revaluation at Actual Price" during closing. So the user decided to proceed with settlement using standard price instead of using the actual price. We managed to rectify the issue and fixed it later after the closing is done. However now the problem is, how do we make adjustment back to the Cost Components in both ML and COPA?

I am thinking of these solutions:

1. COPA - calculate the variances of Activity Costs manually in a spreadsheet, allocate it to all FG that consumed the SFG, manually upload these figures back to COPA into each respective Activity Cost Components as well as the "COGS" value field.

2. ML - CKMCCC cannot be updated to specific Cost Components.

Any better suggestion?

Last resort if we are not able to upload the variances back to its respective Activity Cost Components, I think it should be better to just upload the lump sum to any of the value fields that is categorized together with COGS.
