I have just recieved results from an SAP early watch report - what is the Recovery model of the SBO-common? and what are the different settings? And how does one change it to SIMPLE?
RECOVERY MODEL OF SBO-COMMON
Recommendation: SAP is recommending to set the recovery model of the SBO-Common to "SIMPLE".
Hi Lisa,
The recovery model of SBO-COMMON could be set to 'SIMPLE' as it can be easily
re-created by running the upgrader common setup.
In order to set the recovery model to simple, open the SQL server management studio (if you are using SQL 2005 )and right click on the sbo-common database and choose properties and select options and in the right side, select simple for recovery model drop down.

Hi Lisa,
Please check this link:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa173531.aspx.
It is for SQL Server 2000. You can find 2005 from there too.
Thanks,
Gordon
