Hi,

I have a calculation view that unions data from the SAP ECC tables COEP and BSEG. The COEP table has a cost center field called "CC" and the BSEG table has a cost center field called "KOSTL". Both CC and KOSTL fields are NVARCHAR 10. In the calculation view , I have a union that maps the COEP.CC field and the BSEG.KOSTL field to the same target field which is "CC".
The issue is when I execute a query and apply a filter on the CC field, I don't see the filters getting pushed down to the table level.

This is the scenario at a very high level, before providing the details I wanted to understand if there is any criteria when the union will NOT push the filters further down below it ?

Can you please tell us how your variable/input parameter is defined?

Since it is two different fields from the two underlying tables, you can try doing a filter using the input parameter in the table projection.
