TBEX Currency Upload Error - 'Maintain translation ratios for USD / AUD (exchange rate type M)'

Hi Gurus

I was hoping that you'll be able to help.

I am using TBEX and TBEXN to upload FX currencies into ECC. I have the file format and I believe the correct values but when I import (F5) from the spreadsheet there is the following error message

'Maintain translation ratios for USD / AUD (exchange rate type M)'

The issue is that the translation ratios are specified in OBBS (table TCURF).

I'm not sure if this is a configuration issue or an issue with the file format - the values are entered into the '"Fr" ratio' and the 'To factor', or if there's another issue.

Hopefully someone can help me?

Hello Chris,

Could you please check your file if all entries are correctly aligned? If there's any extra space this error message can be raised.

Hi Nyckolas, all the file entries are correctly aligned. There are no additional columns or extra spacings.

I'm not sure if there any hints?

Hi

This error is triggered even if attempt is made to create entry with blank exchange rate for existing currency combination. Check in your file if there are entries with blank rate USD to AUD or AUD to USD combination.

There is a specific FX rate in each of the entries. I've also tried to make the field both text and a numeric value within the spreadsheet but to no avail. The error is still returned.

Any other thoughts?
