Organizational Unit as Account Team Member on Private Account

Hi All,

we would like to show an organizational unit in the Work Center Overview (View Account Team) on the Individual Customer Account.

We can not model it via relationships as one organizational unit can have thousands and thousands of relationships.

What are the steps to do so?

Hi Oliver

The Account Team member list consists of the Sales & Service Team members from the Customers Organization and Own Organization Employees who are involved with the Account.

You can maintain "Organization" details under "Sales Data" tab of the Account (please enable it via KUT Adaptation if not visible)
