Update Status of Preceding document from the current document

Hi All,

I have a requirement to update the status of a Service Order, using the action profile from within the Service Confirmation. Say when, the Service Confirmation is completed it should automatically complete the Service Order that precedes the confirmation. What parameters need to be passed to the action and which method call would solve the purpose?

I have the same Issue, do you find any solution finally, i'm writing tos OSS SAP, because i looks like a some function is missing, because then the service scenario is incomplete.

I want to Update Lead Status on save of follow up opportunity using Action Profile. I am exploring the option to implement it using standard SAP CRM functionality. Please provide your input on the same and steps you used to implement it?

Hi,

For all the action profile u can implement a badi using the definition- EXEC_METHODCALL_PPF. In there u done ur things using the current guid.
