Test User ID creation in IBP SCI

Hello,

we are using 1802 version.Can some one please guide me, how to create test user ID's in IBP system? We want to create few test ID's and assign them relavent business roles for testing purpose before going with the actual user ID. But with SCI, user will get activation link via email. So can we user personal email(ex:gmail)?

That you have to check with IT team. And assuming it is a fresh system, there should not be anything which can block you to get in. Can you share the screen shot of the error message you get.

Yes, you can use personal email, but depends on company policy. If they allow personal email, go ahead and use it. If not ask IT Support to create dummy email for those users.

Another option is creating separate testing role assigned to the regular user ID.

Thank you for your response. Client has accepted to create dummy id's, till uploading the user in SCI and receiving activation link to personal email is successful, after that we are unable to login with personal email. where do we restrict the corporate domain? Can Basis team able to help on this?

Sorry for delay in response..Thanks for your valuable suggestions. Since it is taking time with other approvals, we went with users own ID's for UAT.
