SAP Lumira Business Warehouse Credential Issue

I have developed a visualization which is sourced from SAP BW. I checked the 'remember me' to retain my login info. I sent the visualization to another user and when they try to refresh the document with their valid BW ID,which has access to the query, it defaults back to my ID even though they have entered their ID/PW and fails to refresh. This is causing my BW ID to be locked out and for the end user not to be able to use the visualization.

Is there a way to 'reset' the login credentials that the document somehow remembers? This is version 1.31.
