After database restore, for System copy, SAPINST is looking at wrong schema

After restoring our system, I brought up the ABAP side, and then ran SAPINST to import the java export from the other system. While running the SAPINST, its trying to do the java migration tookit, its looking for the old schema for java, How do I get it to use the copied schema or have it create the schema.

Have you checked the connection in the Config DB ? Ypou need to maintain the connection user correctly.

Doing a database copy, it keeps the old schema, and were using DB2, i created the schema id's and started the SAPINST and used those id's instead of the original ones, and it work with no issues.
