DTW Error

Hi All,

When i try to select the Business Objects for Purchase or Sales, DTW throws an error "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library", Runtime Error Program <Shows the path of the DTW exe file>, abnormal program termination.

once i click on Ok button it shuts down the DTW program. this happens only when selecting the Purchase or Sales related transactions. when i select Journal Entries it allows me to proceed further.

I had uninstalled the program restarted the machine and again installed but still it gives me the error.

Please help me out.

Raise a ticket to SAP in service market place(www.service.sap.com)

mentioning SAP B1 patch level & also DTW with detailed problem description.

I will confirm after implementing the suggestions given by you.

P.S: Apple, i am not able to select the Business Objects in DTW, the template is a blank one which is provided by SAP.

Dear ,

For your issue, Please check the formats of the dates. whether there was some dates inthere that was entered as zeros.

You could also check the format of the other fields
