How to restrict the display of product's conditions

Hello experts,

I'm in CRM 4.0 SP08.

Tr. COMMPR01

Going to the tab 'Conditions', do you know if is possible display only conditions related with specific Sales Organization ?

Now all conditions from all Sales Organizations into product are displayed, and I want to restrict this.

Hi Juan,

The information provided by you, shows that you are using CRM standalone, well in that case you need to define pricing using SAP Menu->master data->Prices and Conditions choose Maintain,

Here you have to choose maintenance context, application and MaintenanceGrp.The condition maintainance group bundles condition tables and types for condition maintainance. This defines a special view for condition maintenance.

Choose PRODPRICES for sales product and define the condition fields records, you have to maintain condition types in IMG.

Sorry, but perhaps I explained wrong,

I know how to create conditions.

I only wants to control the display of conditions in Tr. COMMPR01 tab 'Conditions'.

Example: If user is assigned to Sales Organization XXX, only conditions assigned to Sales Organization XXX are displayed.

Hi Jaun,

To see a particular codition type in F4 help, you need to assign your "condition type/(s) in pricing procedure" to condition group being used for your application area. try following:

1. check condition group being used to the application SAP CRM in SPRO > Customer Relationship Management> Master Data> Products> Special Settings for Sales Operations--> Assign Condition Group to Application CRM

2.Assign the condition types in your pricing procedure to the above condition group by choosing SPRO>Customer Relationship Management> Master Data --> Conditions and Condition Technique --> Condition Technique: Basics Create Maintenance Group
