Dispatcher running but no server connected

Hai Friends,

When i am enter the portal link through IE it gives Dispatcher is running but no server connected so I can come across this problem.

Plz give me answer step by step.

Hello,

ur J2ee Server is not up and running Check it and if possible u can give Restart to ur J2ee server when Every Instance is up and running ie GREEN then u will be through with this error.
