SAP Cloud Platform Console Client Issue

I am having an issue when I'm trying to access my SAP Cloud Neo SDK tools folder. I am doing this in our to configure the connectivity to access SuccessFactors APIs. However the SAP Cloud Platform Console Client doesn't seem to respond.

2018-03-200 was unexpected at this time.

Could it be an issue with my environment variables?
