CyberArk SAP Connector: Automatic password change in ABAP servers

Hi everyone,

some time ago there has been a post about the CyberArk's SAP connector and activities to implement am automatic password change. Unfortunately the blog ends without a success story:

Now we have come to a similar challenge:

Is it possible to implement an automatic password change for

1. Oracle DB users (with Vault enabled)
2. For technical users in NW ABAP?
3. As a follow-up activity of 2.: set the changed password in all calling RFC destinations (SM59)

We have similar requirement. We came to know that now cyberark is updating password in SAP ABAP systems but not sure on updating the relevant RFC destination in SM59. Did you implement this by any chance? eager to know you experience in this.

Hi Thomas,

I don't recall any standard way of doing this (automatic password change) and I don't have experience with 3rd party products in this matter.
